Community Nursing Care

Participants need a variety of medical services, depending on the nature of their disabilities. Be Greater Care’s community nursing care plan stresses that a key component of participant independence in terms of their health is required. Typically, a licensed nurse or medical professional is chosen to monitor the patient’s development and adjust the medicine and treatment as necessary.
